You’ll earn 1 point for every £1 spent. You may also receive points for selected activities, including leaving a review, referring a friend, adding your birthday, completing your profile or purchasing from a new category.

Your membership status is assessed daily, so points and tier progress may take up to 24 hours to update. 

Yes. Points expire on a rolling 24-month basis, so points earned more than 24 months ago will be removed from you balance.

Share your personal referral link with a friend who is new to Moshulu. When they place a qualifying first order, they’ll receive 15% off and you’ll receive 10 points. Your friend’s order must be at least £50. 

Points are used to track your progress through the Fans, Friends and Family tiers. They cannot be exchanged for money, discounts or cashback. As you move through the tiers, you’ll receive benefits such as early access, free delivery, competitions and surprise extras. 

If you return an item, any points earned from that purchase may be removed from your balance. Your tier may also be adjusted if the return changes your eligible spend.

The Moshulu Loyalty Club has three tiers: Fans, Friends and Family. Fans covers 0–99 points, Friends 100–199 points, and Family starts at 200 points. 

You move through the tiers by earning points from purchases and selected activities. Your tier status is assessed daily. 

Fans receive early access to new collections, birthday recognition and selected member-only content. 

Friends receive everything included in Fans, plus early access to sales, free delivery on orders over £90 and occasional member-only competitions. 

Family members receive everything in Friends, plus free delivery on orders over £60, opportunities to give product feedback or vote on designs, and occasional surprise extras. 

Your points and benefits are linked to the email address on your account, so use the same email when shopping and signing in.
