Delivery Information

We take great care to get your Moshulu order to you safely and smoothly. From careful packing to trusted delivery partners, everything is designed to make sure your shoes and accessories arrive in perfect condition, so you can relax knowing your order is in good hands from the moment you place it.

Delivery Options & Costs

We deliver across the UK, including the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

Standard Delivery (3–5 working days) – £4.95

Express Delivery (1–2 working days*) – £6.95
(*Order before 3pm, Monday–Friday. Excludes Channel Islands)

Free Click & Collect to one of our stores – 3 to 5 working days

What if I'm not in?

No signature is required for delivery. If you’re out, your postie may leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. You can also choose an alternative delivery address at checkout, such as your workplace.

If delivery is attempted and the parcel can’t be left safely, a card will be left. You can then rearrange delivery with Royal Mail (free of charge) or collect your parcel from your local post office.

How long will delivery take?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.

Standard Delivery (3–5 working days**)

Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day. During particularly busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer.

Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and addresses outside mainland Britain can take slightly longer than 5 working days.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 3–5 working days and no card has been left, please get in touch with our friendly customer care team — we’re always happy to help.

Express Delivery (1–2 working days**)

Orders placed before 3pm on weekdays should arrive within 1–2 working days to most UK addresses. Delivery to Highlands and Islands may take longer.

Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be delivered the following working week.

Please note: Express Delivery is not available to the Channel Islands.

Free Click & Collect (3–5 working days**)

Choose free Click & Collect and have your order delivered to a Moshulu store. We’ll let you know by email (and optionally by SMS) as soon as it’s ready to collect. Learn more about Click & Collect

* Delivery to Highlands & Islands (including the Channel Islands) may take a little longer.
** Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Royal Mail may deliver on Saturdays, but this is at their discretion.

Overseas Delivery

While overseas delivery isn’t currently available through our website, we’re happy to help you place an order by phone.

Delivery costs vary depending on destination and items ordered. If you’d like a quote before ordering, just let us know.

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard or Maestro over the phone, or via PayPal.

Please note: Overseas deliveries are sent via international tracked and signed-for post and are delivered duty unpaid. Any local taxes or import duties charged on delivery are the responsibility of the recipient.
